By accessing or using the AZ Film Credit website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

AZ Film Credit provides tools to help filmmakers and production companies organize production data and generate documentation to assist a licensed CPA in preparing an audit for the Arizona film tax credit. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and we are not a CPA firm.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Fees & Payments

Certain Services, including the preparation of a CPA-ready document package, may require payment of fees. For example, a standard document preparation service may be offered at a rate such as $39.99 per project, unless otherwise stated on our website. All fees are due at the time of purchase and are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.

6. User Content & Data

You retain all rights to the data and documents you upload to the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. No Tax or Legal Advice

The information and documents generated by the Services are for organizational and informational purposes only and are not intended as tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult with a qualified CPA, attorney, or other professional advisor regarding your specific situation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and logos (excluding User Content), are owned by or licensed to AZ Film Credit and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• To upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

• To reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
